About The Position
yellowHEAD is a product-based performance marketing company that boosts growth with unified and holistic paid and organic strategies and is the biggest international performance company in Israel. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for all employees from Tel Aviv to our office in Ga'ash.
yellowHEAD is looking for a VP of Growth, preferably with experience in mobile advertising. This function will play a meaningful role in driving the business forward for different markets globally- generating new revenue, strengthening our presence, and cultivating new opportunities.
- Generating new opportunities for yellowHEAD and expanding the company’s customer base through strategic partnerships in short- and long-term revenue growth
- Define potential clients for yellowHEAD, develop a sales pipeline, including working methodologies, and close the deals.
- Direct responsibility for revenue, including sales, strategic client growth & business development
- Management of the Sales & Biz dev, Marketing, Clients and Partnerships teams, including the hiring of new employees, training them and developing their careers at the company
- Drive exceptional Customer satisfaction by achieving collaboration between departments
- Work closely with media partners such as FB, Google, Snap, TikTok, etc. to build strong relationships.
- Part of senior management and reporting to company CEO
Requirements
- B.A. in Business Management or any related field; MBA – an advantage
- Proven track of sales experience and success, at least 5 years of international B2B sales experience from the online /mobile industry
- Proficient experience in managing big teams
- A confirmed understanding of performance marketing, marketing technology, and game/app ecosystems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to understand client business needs, reframe and link pursuant to value
- Influencing skills to present product demo and negotiate with clients.
- Dynamic, creative, and innovative out-of-the-box thinker who constantly contributes ideas and share best practices
- Fluent English, other languages- advantage
- Ability to travel, around 30% (in non-COVID-19 times)
